As mentioned in Clinton Obama Fight Head On Obama openly said that sometimes he has a hard time figuring out who he is running against-Mrs. or Mr. Clinton. Amid the racial comments and fighting, former president Bill Clinton as taken a leading role in providing the media with hard hitting statements bashing Barack Obama. CNN reports that “Obama adviser David Axelrod said the Clintons have been playing “good cop, bad cop,” with him wielding the club while she stays positive.”
From an outside perspective, this can be seen quite easily, although I am not sure if either one is actually a “good cop.” They both seem to be attacking Obama equally and then they try to defend each others comments.
This is a very unfair situation and Bill Clinton seems to be abusing his influential power as former President. “Bill Clinton’s attacks on Obama, Clyburn said in a CNN interview, were unfair because a former president’s viewpoint “carries with it extra weight.” It seems to me though that the Clintons are quite aware of this power, and are going to be using it to get what they need.

Comments are open and unmoderated, and do NOT reflect the views of Dirty Election!
This mud slinging a “distortion of the truth” is getting disturbing. I emailed my Senator today (Sherrod Brown of OH) to encourage him to speak up about the fighting and dirty tricks. A former president should be above this ugliness.I think he thinks he is running for reelection. The candidates are only hurting themselves and they represent the Democratic party. Enough already. I’m tired of it and it’s only January. What happened to unity? Do they want to win the election or not? Somebody please put a muzzle on Pit Bull Bill!
