Acroding to both CNN and Foxnews, John McCain campaign officials have stated that John McCain has decided to choose Sarah Palin as his running mate – VP. Sarah Palin, Governor of Alaska, has five children, her youngest has Downs Syndrome. She has made history before by becoming the first female governor of Alaska, but Sarah Palin has now shocked voters all over the country, by becoming John McCain’s VP. Many Democratic women interviewed on TV this morning have expressed a level of excitement which they thought was gone for a while when Hillary Clinton lost her primary election. Sarah Palin is now the first woman to ever be on the Republican ticket for president.
Sarah Palin is pro-life, cares strongly about woman’s issues, and appeals strongly to women voters across both blue and red states. Sarah Palin is a former Miss Alaska contestant while being an avid fisher, hunter, and a strong hockey fan.
John McCains campaign has said that by the Sarah Palin choice, McCain is showing yet again that he is willing to go against the grain, and make history-attempting to steel the Barack Obama thunder of historic elections. McCain is also hoping-as Fox News put it- that people are saying “Obama, who? this morning?” They have also stated that Sarah Palin’s mom found out that she is on the ticket as a VP this morning on TV.

What the hell! the freshman governor of Alaska!?! I, admittedly mildly, supported McCain as the more experienced candidate. Now he picks someone ‘out of the box’, well he was running in the experience box. Came here looking for the dirt, so, where’s the dirt? Even wikipedia has more dirt than you. It turns out the just this summer she fired the State Police commissioner for not being a team player, and firing he estranged brother-in-law. What else is out there? does she show in in girl bars or something?
