After many claims that Ron Paul is a hating racist who is hooked on conspiracy theories, the truth has finally been found and confirmed. In the The New Republic, journalist James Kirchick has done research on newspapers owned and written by Ron Paul. Although Kirchick says that every article was not clear about the author (if it was Ron Paul himself) it was clear that the messages being conveyed in the articles were Ron Paul’s messages. And, says Kirchuck,

What they reveal are decades worth of obsession with conspiracies, sympathy for the right-wing militia movement, and deeply held bigotry against blacks, Jews, and gays. In short, they suggest that Ron Paul is not the plain-speaking antiwar activist his supporters believe they are backing–but rather a member in good standing of some of the oldest and ugliest traditions in American politics.
