Romney was aggressive at this weekends debates in New Hampshire. He attacked Huckabee for writing that the the current administration was guilty of”arrogant bunker mentality” on foreign policy. Huckabee in response asked Romney if he actually read the article to which Romney strongly replied “I read the article, the whole article.”

Romney then attacked McCain for ‘overhauling’ the immigration system and said “You can spend your whole fortune on these attacks ads, my friend, but it’s not true,” to which McCain responded by saying, “It’s not amnesty.”

Romney’s aggressive behavior could be the result of his shock at Huckabee’s win in Iowa despite an underfunded campaign. Romney has a lot to lose, and gain at the point in the race, and seems to be roughing up and getting ready to do whatever it takes to win in New Hampshire.
