A while ago, while most people were concerned with the outcome of the New Hampshire elections, Russia’s head of state was concerned with the comments coming out of Hillary Clinton’s mouth. It was in New Hampshire that Hillary said about Putin, “[that he]doesn’t have a soul.” Unfortunately Putin did not have a chance to respond until a press conference yesterday, Politico reports, at which he said about Clinton, “At a minimum, a head of state should have a head.”
