While this is the first time I have mentioned it, there is a hotly contested senate race in Minnesota between former Saturday Night Live comedian Democrat Al Franken and Incumbent Senator Republican Norm Coleman and now their race has achieved the level of election dirt for dirtyelection.
Today Norm Coleman unloaded on Al Franken with an ad made up just of Al Franken’s own words and questions whether Al Franken has the temperament to be a senator. This ad needs to be seen to be believed. It gets an A in my book.

Oh, for pete’s sake! Al Franken has been a performer, and these clips are all from performances. They have absolutely no bearing on his ability to be a senator. Norm Coleman, you’re going to have to do better than this.
