Now 5 months later, I couldn't agree with these words more. Obama went with the worthless candidate, its time for McCain to take a chance and get Powell on board.

I would love to see Colin Powell as John McCain's running mate. I really do not see this happening though, because I feel Colin does not want to be in the limelight anymore as a political figure. He proved this when he left as Secretary of State in the Bush Administration.

He is the brightest man out there today, in my opinion, and should have ran for President. He has all the qualifications to be a President. He has served this country and ultimately has had good relations with most foreign countries.

Putting Iraq behind him, I think he had basically wanted out of the policies going on in the White House and Bush's Administration.

Colin Powell is McCain's best choice for running mate, but this will never happen.

So this is the year where the buzzword is change. A presidential and vice-presidential candidate whose appeal is
their character. Not ideologues or ex-actors
or preacher wannabees. Two candidates whose views I may question but not their motivations.
Republican candidates that I would be excited about voting for and proud to say they were my
heads of state. How about that for a change.
