In 1998 Huckabee said to a group of churchgoers that “I hope we answer the alarm clock and take this nation back for Christ.” Now as presidential hopeful, Huckabee stands by his comment and felt it was appropriate to the group whom he was addressing at the time-a group of Southern Baptists.

A study conducted by the The Center for Media and Public Affairs claims that Fox news broadcasts and night shows have provided the most balanced views on the election when compared with their media counterparts. The study also showed that Clinton was hit hardest with media scrutiny while Obama and Huckabee fared best.
